Own high-impact ads measurement initiatives, focusing on identity resolution, lift design, and signal quality.
Design and deploy probabilistic models for identity resolution and multi-source signal linking while preserving privacy.
Lead the statistical rigor behind brand and conversion lift, building scalable experimentation infrastructure for large-scale testing.
Quantify the value of new signal sources and integrate them into predictive models to improve bidding efficiency and ROAS.
Define ground truth, evaluation frameworks, and objective functions to validate identity graphs and measurement.
Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, and sales, and mentor teammates to raise the technical bar across modeling, experimentation, and measurement.
