仕事内容
Lead and grow a multidisciplinary ML Engineering team focused on generative AI for gameplay experiences.
Define and drive a product-oriented roadmap to deploy and enhance AI services within the product.
Define and enforce ML Engineering practices across quality, MLOps, documentation, monitoring, and performance.
Contribute hands-on to the implementation, optimization, and evaluation of AI services in production.
Collaborate with Directors and managers of other domains (API, Online, Gameplay Programming, Engine, Tools) to ensure ML systems are efficient and well integrated.
Maintain a strong scientific and technological watch to guide the team and shape the product strategy.
