Lead the global end-to-end success of Water Distribution applications and solutions by translating customer needs into high-impact offerings.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams across business units to define strategy, roadmaps, and go-to-market plans.
Engage with customers and sales channels to capture needs, pain points, and buying criteria for Water Distribution products.
Define product ownership, lifecycle management, and health monitoring for clean water solutions; develop 2-, 5-, and 10-year strategies.
Identify growth opportunities, pilot new business ideas, and ensure alignment with business goals and regulatory requirements.
Oversee cost optimization, profitability, risk, sustainability, supply chain, and performance reporting, including agile ceremonies and stakeholder communications.
