Join a dynamic MSP as a 1st Line IT Support Technician delivering frontline IT support to client environments.
Handle incoming Service Desk calls, log tickets in the PSA system, and provide timely updates to end-users.
Diagnose and resolve issues across Windows, Mac, Office 365, cloud services, and security, escalating per defined protocols.
Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software, set up new devices for Windows and Mac, and perform pre/post-build laptop setups.
Maintain accurate documentation in IT Glue and ensure compliance with information security policies.
Demonstrate strong communication, teamwork, and the ability to prioritise tasks under pressure while staying curious and eager to learn.
