仕事内容
Design and execute automated and manual tests for a complex airline software application to ensure quality and end-user satisfaction.
Refine requirements with the scrum team, define acceptance criteria, and map test coverage to project goals.
Create and maintain test harnesses and automate tests for integration, regression, and exploratory testing.
Reproduce production issues in the QA environment, validate fixes, and document defects clearly.
Advocate for quality, mentor teammates on best practices, and drive continuous improvement of testing processes.
Collaborate across product, engineering, and operations in an Agile setting to deliver reliable software.
