仕事内容
Manage end-to-end procurement requests and order processing in line with government buying policies.
Use SAP and MySupply to move requisitions through to payment, recording purchase orders and requisitions accurately.
Generate procurement KPIs and reports to support continuous improvement.
Liaise daily with suppliers and internal teams to resolve issues and ensure timely delivery.
Support supplier performance management, contract compliance, risk mitigation, budgeting, and quarterly planning.
Optimise stock levels, release orders based on demand analysis, and lead weekly supplier meetings.
