Seeking an experienced Java Backend Developer to join the Middle Office Core Platform Organization and deliver scalable financial product services.
Design and implement backend modules and microservices, drive product development, and modernize systems for reliability and performance.
Participate in technical designs, present ideas via whiteboarding, and collaborate in a fast-paced agile environment while upholding code quality and testing standards.
Work with databases (Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL) and cloud-native patterns, including service mesh, containers, and Kubernetes.
Require 7-15 years of Java experience (5+ with a master's, 2+ with a PhD) and strong OOD, design patterns, and distributed systems expertise.
Demonstrate excellent communication, leadership, and cross-team collaboration with a customer-focused mindset and time-zone flexibility.
