Skilled Factory Operative – Lisburn

A skilled factory operative is responsible for meat preparation, packing, and operating packaging machinery within a food production environment. The role involves recording batch traceability, adhering to food hygiene standards, and maintaining equipment. Candidates should demonstrate experience in food manufacturing, ability to operate mechanical equipment safely, and maintain quality under pressure. They must lift products weighing up to 25kg and complete technical safety records accurately. Knowledge of HACCP procedures and excellent communication skills are essential. This full-time, permanent position offers a Monday to Friday schedule with occasional Saturday shifts.
