Lead end-to-end machine learning development and deployment, from research through offline and online evaluation to large-scale production of multimodal models.
Design and implement vision-language models and multimodal LLM solutions that enhance content discovery and the effectiveness of promotional assets.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define roadmaps, surface high-impact opportunities, and drive execution with engineering, product, and design.
Communicate complex concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders to influence strategic decisions.
Advance the state of the art through research, publications, and practical innovations while mentoring teammates and contributing to the ML community.
Deliver robust, scalable systems with a focus on maintainability and continuous improvement of the member experience.
