仕事内容
1) Perform QA functional testing for the Customer Service Management System (CSMS) enhancements and defect fixes within the NYC311 program.
2) Test features of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM application and the online portal, ensuring requirements are testable and traceable.
3) Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts; manage data preparation and defect reporting.
4) Collaborate with product and development teams to estimate effort, schedule testing, and validate integrations via real-time and batch data transfers.
5) Identify scenarios for sanity, regression, performance testing and explore test automation opportunities using appropriate tools.
6) Maintain documentation, track progress in the test management system, and support deployment activities.
