A maintenance plumber supports the installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems and fixtures within commercial facilities. They respond to reactive maintenance requests and undertake planned preventive maintenance to ensure compliance with safety standards. The role involves handling minor project installation tasks and delivering high-quality workmanship across various projects. Candidates should possess relevant plumbing qualifications, NVQ Level 2/3, and knowledge of water systems and safety standards. This position requires technical skills in plumbing, system repairs, and adherence to regulations, working within a traditional 40-hour workweek. A suitable candidate must be eligible to live and work in the UK and possibly obtain a DBS check.
