仕事内容
Organize shipping, couriers, and freight forwarders to ensure timely delivery of materials and parts.
Act as the primary client liaison, delivering consistent, high-quality service.
Oversee compliance with local and international regulations across all logistics activities.
Work with ERP and MRP systems (preferably Sage 50/200; others like Oracle) to manage orders and inventory.
Collaborate cross-functionally during packing and shipment, resolving issues and optimizing processes.
Requirements include proven customer service experience, strong written and verbal communication, and INCOTERMS knowledge.
