仕事内容
Own end-to-end finalization of on-set and table-top sessions for both men’s and women’s looks, ensuring selects reflect a High Performance x High Style spirit and flagging reshoots when needed.
Lead pre-production planning and collaborate with Senior Stylists and cross-functional partners to maintain consistency with the global styling strategy and the brand's aesthetic.
Oversee pre- and post-production workflows, coordinate with on-set production partners, manage same-day reshoots, and provide detailed retouching notes to preserve premium styling.
Serve as the on-set subject matter expert, guiding photo workflows, answering creative and technical questions, and coaching photographers and freelance editors.
Partner with cross-functional teams to update shot packages, refine imagery, and ensure PDP selects align with Brand Creative standards and Style Guide updates.
Contribute to trend research and styling strategy discussions, developing quarterly PDP capture plans for figures, accessories, and footwear.
