Set the multi-year vision and roadmap for Ads Delivery & Performance across Pinterest surfaces, aligning to company priorities.
Define clear north-star outcomes and the cascade of input metrics that drive revenue quality, retained advertiser value, and Pinner experience.
Instrument and own the input metrics with specs, ownership, alerting, and weekly reviews so teams optimize to outcomes like RPM and ROAS.
Lead a diverse, high-performance data science organization; establish rigorous standards for experimentation, causal inference, and production analytics.
Partner with Product and Engineering on auction design, supply/demand balancing, relevance, and quality systems to ship measurable impact.
Communicate complex analyses to executives and cross-functional partners, driving alignment on trade-offs and transparent operating cadences.
