Process Engineer - Analytical and Process Testing
仕事内容
Perform routine and non-routine chemical analyses using ICP-MS, HPLC, FTIR, UV-VIS, XRD, XRF, and other advanced instruments.
Oversee sampling and testing across laboratory, pilot, and field operations, ensuring safety and compliance with ASTM and regulatory standards.
Own instrument maintenance, calibration, troubleshooting, and minor repairs of lab equipment.
Monitor data quality with LIMS and implement statistical quality control (SQC) to enable timely reporting.
Identify anomalies, troubleshoot issues, and communicate findings to cross-functional teams to drive process optimization.
Support method development and optimization, and participate in training and proficiency testing to grow skills and project impact.
