Focus on commercial construction estimating, budgeting, and project coordination across preconstruction, permitting, and execution.
Perform quantity takeoffs, analyze scope, review drawings and specifications, and solicit subcontractor bids.
Develop and maintain project budgets, identify cost risks, and assist with subcontractor buyout.
Prepare and submit permit packages, track approvals, and manage permit revisions and logs.
Coordinate submittals, RFIs, change orders, and documentation deadlines with subs, vendors, and consultants.
Ensure project documentation is organized, monitor budget vs. committed costs, and support scheduling updates.
