仕事内容
Lead translational research projects that leverage large-scale real-world clinical data and multi-omic datasets to address cancer and other diseases.
Collaborate with computational scientists, engineers, and data production teams to design, validate, and refine data models and analytical workflows for research use.
Evaluate and integrate omics data within the data platform, ensuring analytical rigor and reproducibility.
Define and document best practices for scientific use of data to maximize analytical quality and reproducibility.
Communicate complex bioinformatics methods and findings clearly to audiences with varying levels of technical and genomics expertise.
Contribute to shaping the data model and research strategy to maximize value from integrated molecular and real-world clinical data.
