仕事内容
Develop detailed cost estimates for commercial construction projects using bid invitations and specifications.
Review project drawings and specifications, attend pre-bid meetings, and assess scope to prepare pricing.
Create quotations and bids for negotiated work and smaller projects, aligning with project goals.
Support project teams with administrative coordination, schedules, and data for progress reporting.
Coordinate with superintendents and subcontractors on bid scopes, submittals, and award recommendations.
Utilize Procore for project management tasks, startup through close-out, and reporting on percent complete and costs.
