Lead and grow a high-performing team of software and ML engineers, fostering mentorship and an inclusive culture.
Translate ambiguous new product bets into a clear roadmap, technical strategy, and measurable customer value.
Design and operate end-to-end systems that analyze large-scale telematics data to detect fleet-wide anomalies.
Deliver secure, real-time incident workflows from detection to investigation and resolution.
Guide the team in applying ML and modern AI techniques (including LLMs where appropriate) to create differentiated capabilities.
Collaborate closely with Product, Firmware, and Data Science to ensure cohesive experiences and maintain velocity with a growth mindset.
