仕事内容
Provide support for school-based public health programmes targeting children and families.
Undertake and record basic health measurements as part of the National Childhood Measurement Programme (NCMP).
Assist in delivering health promotion activities and intervention sessions in schools, including resource preparation.
Maintain high standards of clinical record keeping and ensure information is accurately recorded in the electronic patient record.
Coordinate administrative tasks for NCMP, including booking sessions with schools and sending outcome letters.
Collaborate with School Nurses and other colleagues, demonstrating professionalism, compassion, and clear communication with children and families.
