Lead, mentor, and hands-on architect a 6-person Systems Software team focused on the SoC HAL for ML acceleration.
Collaborate with hardware designers to boot and manage newly developed SoC IPs and ensure robust integration.
Partner with system software teams to resolve SoC and platform architecture issues, drive debugging, and innovate cross-functional solutions.
Continuously improve codebases throughout the device lifecycle, and automate testing and deployment for multiple internal customers.
Build effective abstractions over low-level SoC details and shape software architecture decisions while improving tooling.
Operate in a startup-like, fast-moving environment within a large organization, combining leadership with hands-on coding in C++ and Python.
