仕事内容
Lead the civil/site design for land development and road projects, including grading, drainage, paving, water, and sewer systems.
Prepare comprehensive submission packages, calculations, cost estimates, schedules, and construction documents.
Develop designs from sketches to 3D models, providing markups and coordinating with junior engineers.
Facilitate project coordination meetings with clients, agencies, contractors, and consultants, and support scope, budget, and schedule management.
Oversee specifications, constructability reviews, QA/QC, and assist in developing new standards and client deliverables.
Requires strong communication, multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and hydrology/hydraulics software.
