Senior Business Consultant

A Senior Business Consultant is responsible for managing high-quality consulting projects focused on social housing, including HMS system upgrades and implementations. They will lead client engagements, oversee project delivery, and develop strong stakeholder relationships while supporting junior team members. The role requires expertise in housing operations, technology, and regulatory requirements, with a preference for experience in HMS transformation. The consultant will facilitate workshops, manage stakeholder communication, and contribute to strategic advisory services across digital, data, and enterprise architecture. This position offers a flexible hybrid work arrangement with UK-wide travel, including paid site visits and potential overnight travel. The ideal candidate will have excellent programme management skills, a collaborative approach, and technical knowledge of Microsoft ecosystem solutions.
