Associate Financial Analyst

Provide reliable financial analysis and support the business through accurate GAAP and statutory accounting inputs.
Prepare general ledger entries, reconciliations, and work papers to enable timely month-, quarter-, and year-end closes.
Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for optimization.
Compile analysis and documentation for internal and external audits, regulatory forms, and tax filings, ensuring HIPAA compliance where required.
Assist with the development and delivery of internal and external financial reports and regulatory submissions.
Qualifications include a bachelor's or associate degree in accounting, 3+ years of experience, GAAP and SAP knowledge, and strong communication and organizational skills; CPA or CMA preferred.
