Lead GenAI implementation projects for UK public sector customers, translating complex challenges into practical AI-enabled solutions.
Own and build large new areas within the product, spanning backend, frontend, and integration with Large Language Models.
Deliver end-to-end software from concept to production, combining high-velocity experimentation with rigorous quality.
Apply ML infrastructure and NLP techniques (LangChain, LlamaIndex, information retrieval, document QA) to real-world GOV use cases.
Collaborate across cross-functional teams, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and operate in a security-conscious, fast-paced environment.
Requires active SC Clearance (DV preferred) and willingness to travel up to 25%; remote-flexible work options available.
