Staff Engineer - Cloud Engineering
仕事内容
Lead design, implementation, and optimization of scalable, secure, cloud-native infrastructure on AWS (EC2, EKS, Lambda, S3, RDS) with a strong focus on cost efficiency.
Resolve complex multi-layer infrastructure issues, perform root-cause analyses, and participate in 24/7 on-call incidents.
Collaborate with Security and Compliance to meet PCI-DSS, SOC 2, and FFIEC requirements, and drive audit evidence collection.
Architect and implement disaster recovery, high availability, fault tolerance, and robust backup and failover strategies.
Enforce cloud security best practices (IAM, VPC, encryption, KMS), promote Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) and CI/CD discipline, and maintain up-to-date documentation.
Design for observability and monitoring (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/Splunk) and provide technical leadership to prioritize work and drive delivery.
