仕事内容
Lead end-to-end kitchen design projects in the Solihull showroom, translating client visions into detailed plans.
Own the design process from initial contact through completion, coordinating with administrators, project managers, and installers.
Blend strong design flair with consultative sales to present compelling concepts and secure buy-in.
Proficient in CAD and kitchen design software (Compusoft Winner and EQ), with solid IT skills.
Requirements include experience in the independent kitchen marketplace, ability to meet deadlines and targets, and a full driving licence.
Role activity includes Monday-Saturday work with a day off in lieu, a competitive basic salary plus generous commission (OTE £65k–£80k) and benefits.
