仕事内容
Join a fast-paced Supply Chain & Customer Service team responsible for the full end-to-end order journey.
Build strong relationships with customers and suppliers while processing high volumes of orders accurately.
Maintain the ERP system from order entry to final delivery and identify at-risk orders with updated ETAs.
Manage returns, PODs, invoice discrepancies and other queries, coordinating with internal teams to ensure on-time fulfilment.
Raise and chase purchase orders, monitor stock, maintain min/max levels and address non-conformances.
Provide proactive communications against contract KPIs, combining organisation, problem-solving and customer focus.
