Analyze labor, materials, and time to determine costs, and create clear sketches and bid items.
Educate clients on the construction process and establish ongoing relationships to ensure satisfaction.
Collaborate with Project Managers and external resources (engineers, inspectors) to finalize scope.
Deliver organized estimates, identify constraints, and communicate results promptly.
Maintain high reliability, multi-task effectively, and manage time in a fast-paced restoration environment.
