Own end-to-end machine learning systems for ads, spanning data pipelines, feature engineering, candidate extraction, model training, and production integration.
Apply state-of-the-art ML algorithms at scale to improve targeting, ranking, and auction dynamics that impact key business metrics.
Collaborate with ML platform and product engineers to build scalable and efficient ML systems in the production environment.
Partner with product and business teams to design innovative ad targeting and bidding features that drive value for users and advertisers.
Own experimentation and measurement to continuously improve system performance, with a focus on reliability, maintainability, and rapid iteration.
This is a remote role with coordination during Pacific Time hours and opportunities to work with a diverse, global team.
