仕事内容
Lead process engineering efforts to sustain and improve electro-mechanical surgical instrument assembly and manufacturing processes.
Collaborate with Marketing, R&D, Cost Accounting, and Validation teams to ensure design for manufacturability and seamless production transfer.
Develop electrical requirements, prototypes, and solutions for PCBA, potting, soldering, molding, and assembly operations.
Create and release electrical documentation, validation plans, and inspection protocols surrounding PFMEA, Control Plans, and PPAP.
Support capital equipment projects, supplier interactions, and qualification activities for new and transferred products.
Ensure quality and regulatory compliance through testing, data analysis, and collaboration with quality, manufacturing, and program management.
