Oversee air freight logistics to ensure secure, timely, and cost-efficient shipment movements from origin to destination.
Serve as the primary post-sale contact for clients, maintaining proactive communication and providing regular shipment updates.
Manage a portfolio of 20-30 shipments concurrently, coordinating with carriers and internal teams to meet client needs.
Handle billing and day-to-day client interactions, ensuring service quality and issue resolution.
Collaborate with the operations manager to optimize processes, documentation, and compliance for export air shipments.
Demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication in a dynamic environment.
