We are seeking a Research Engineer to help build the next generation of agentic training environments for long-horizon AI tasks.
In this role, you will blend research and engineering to design, implement, and evaluate reinforcement learning environments that push state-of-the-art capabilities.
You will develop production-ready infrastructure, debug across research and ML stacks, and collaborate with research and infrastructure colleagues to ship environments into training pipelines.
Responsibilities include building complex environments, creating rigorous evaluation suites, and driving rapid iteration under uncertainty.
The role requires balancing exploratory research with robust engineering, owning outcomes, and communicating effectively within a highly collaborative culture.
Strong candidates have experience in RL, ML infrastructure, large language models, simulation systems, and a passion for safe and beneficial AI.
