仕事内容
Lead the state-of-the-art in ultra-realistic AV simulations by developing and deploying foundation models to model realistic agents, roads, and weather.
Collaborate with international teams to improve simulation realism and build scalable evaluation and training workflows.
Design experiments, define realism metrics, and rigorously train and evaluate large models integrated into the simulator and downstream tools.
Translate research ideas into production-ready features, driving end-to-end ML systems from data analysis to deployment.
Help recruit and mentor outstanding research engineers from diverse backgrounds.
Hybrid, London-based role reporting to an Engineering Director.
