仕事内容
Lead civil site design and planning for facility-related sites including data centers and mission-critical buildings.
Develop early project concepts, site selection and due diligence with emphasis on grading, drainage, utilities, and stormwater management.
Prepare and review construction documents, perform quantity calculations, and submit permits to local authorities.
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams of architects, engineers, and designers through planning, development, and construction administration.
Provide technical leadership, supervise staff, and contribute to scope development, budgets, and proposals.
Deliver high-quality, compliant civil site designs on time and within budget while promoting an inclusive and collaborative work environment.
