仕事内容
Drive revenue growth for a hotel by winning new accounts and expanding key relationships across Leisure, SMERF, Business Travel, and Group segments.
Own proactive outreach, solicitation calls, engaging sales tours, and client visits to convert opportunities into measurable results.
Partner with the Director of Sales to meet assigned sales and revenue goals and consistently achieve solicitation targets.
Nurture existing accounts through attentive service, ongoing engagement, and strategic account management.
Monitor market trends and competitive activity to respond quickly and capture new business opportunities.
Represent the hotel professionally in the community and industry, maintain operational knowledge, and support management with meetings, promotions, and events.
