Read architectural, structural, and civil drawings to support residential and commercial concrete projects.
Perform quantity takeoffs for concrete, rebar, formwork, labor hours, equipment, and materials.
Build complete cost estimates and proposals for foundations, slabs, walls, flatwork, and site concrete.
Review vendor quotes, manage submittals, and coordinate with vendors to ensure accurate pricing.
Track bid calendars, deadlines, addenda, and revisions; maintain organized files and templates.
Collaborate with leadership and field teams; perform site visits and support bids with strong attention to safety and quality.
