Network Engineer

A Network Engineer specialising in Meraki technologies is responsible for managing high-level incidents and supporting complex networking environments in Birmingham. The role involves troubleshooting LAN and WAN networks, including routing, switching, and SD-WAN, alongside administration of Meraki MX, MS, and MR devices. The engineer will support and design network changes, liaising with internet service providers and other connectivity suppliers to resolve faults efficiently. Mentoring junior staff and contributing to service improvements are also key responsibilities.
