Own method and platform development across domains including protein design, molecular modeling, systems biology, and LLM/agent-based workflows.
Ensure rigor in model development, benchmarking, scaling, and reporting, with strong focus on reproducibility, governance, and cross-functional delivery.
Manage internal and external scientists and engineers, mentor early hires, and contribute to recruiting and cross-team collaboration.
Scout literature and landscape shifts in AI/ML to propose new development directions and opportunities across the portfolio.
Deliver end-to-end AI-enabled workflows used by researchers, from conception to deployment and ongoing optimization.
