Management Programme

The Non-Graduate Management Programme offers comprehensive operational exposure across various hotel departments, including Rooms Division and Food & Beverage, over a period of approximately three years. Participants will learn to deliver outstanding guest experiences, develop leadership skills, and gain insights into hotel management through practical experience and targeted training. The programme includes mentorship, direct interaction with senior leadership, and opportunities in multiple international destinations, subject to language requirements. Candidates need at least 12 months’ industry experience, strong communication skills, and the right to work in the UK, Ireland, or Switzerland. The initiative aims to cultivate future hotel managers through a values-based, supportive environment focused on excellence, respect, and teamwork.
