仕事内容
Hybrid Construction Estimator role supporting motorized access projects across the NY metro region.
Collaborate with Outside Sales and internal teams to scope opportunities early and build accurate, project-specific estimates.
Prepare quotes for hoist and motorized access projects, and build pricing inputs using Excel and internal quoting tools (e.g., Salesforce Safe Quote).
Identify scope gaps and pricing leakage early, coordinating with branch departments to validate inputs and deliverables.
Manage estimate revisions as project details evolve, ensuring cost control, margin protection, and competitive win rate.
Ideal candidates have 3+ years in construction estimating or preconstruction for scaffolding or access solutions, strong Excel skills, and NY metro GC collaboration experience.
