Lead data initiatives for the Project Management Office, ensuring data quality, integrity, and data-driven decision support.
Develop Python-based automation for data quality checks, ETL processes, and SharePoint-based reporting solutions.
Create and customize SharePoint sites, lists, and libraries; integrate dashboards and document repositories to enable collaboration.
Design and deploy Power BI dashboards to visualize KPIs, perform financial/project analysis, and automate reporting.
Leverage SPFx or Power Automate to automate workflows within SharePoint and enable resource demand forecasting and workforce planning.
Mentor junior team members, ensure regulatory compliance, and promote best practices in data management.
