We are seeking a Staff Machine Learning Engineer to advance ultra-realistic autonomous-vehicle simulations using foundation models.
Lead the design, training, and evaluation of large models and integrate them into the simulator and downstream tools.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in London and Oxford to improve realism and steerability of simulated environments.
Design experiments and metrics to quantify realism, and drive production-ready deployment of research into simulation products.
Contribute to scalable data pipelines, model quality improvements, and hiring outstanding research engineers.
This hybrid role is London-based with flexible collaboration across teams and reports to an Engineering Director.
