仕事内容

The position involves undertaking inspections, testing, repairs, and building fabric works across commercial sites. Candidates must have practical skills in plumbing and maintenance, excellent communication, and a full driving licence. The role requires knowledge of health and safety regulations, permit to work procedures, and safe working systems. Technical qualifications such as NVQ or C&G Level 2/3 in plumbing or an equivalent diploma are essential. Expertise in building services and maintenance, along with problem-solving skills, is highly desirable.
