As an AI/Backend Engineer, you will design and build robust agentic workflows that plan tasks, call tools/APIs, and execute multi-step jobs end-to-end.
You will own long-context behavior, including summarization, context packing, source selection, and memory/state management.
You will build end-to-end retrieval systems, covering data sourcing, storage, embeddings, indexing, retrieval quality, and multi-source fusion.
You will implement reliability and quality mechanisms such as guardrails, fallback strategies, observability, and regression testing to ensure production readiness.
You will define evaluation metrics and testing protocols for workflows, and analyze failures to communicate actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
You will iterate quickly: prototype improvements, ship features, measure impact, and refine based on feedback.
