Senior Machine Learning Developer

Lead the scalable deployment and operationalization of machine learning models, enabling fast experimentation and robust production systems. Own the end-to-end ML lifecycle: conception, implementation, automated testing, deployment, and monitoring. Drive improvements in model performance and system reliability, meeting SLOs for training at scale and low-latency inference. Maintain and enhance client-facing features and empower teams with observability resources and best practices. Collaborate with scientists and cross-functional partners to refine tools, pipelines, and production-grade solutions. Stay at the forefront of the stack (Python, AWS, Kubernetes, PyTorch, Terraform, Snowflake, and Honeycomb) and influence architectural decisions.
