仕事内容
Job Objective: Prepare plans, specifications, and other documents for new design and construction projects with emphasis on project management, construction administration, and plan review.
Review and analyze development and right-of-way project drawings for compliance within a team-driven process.
Prepare specifications and cost estimates and manage capital improvement projects with cross-functional teams and outside consultants.
Conduct preliminary inspections, field measurements, and data collection to support plan production for resurfacing and infrastructure replacement.
Prepare bid packages and conduct bid evaluations, review shop drawings, and provide technical assistance as needed.
Demonstrate strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills while adhering to safety practices and regulations.
