Own the automation line by performing preventive and corrective maintenance on automated machinery to keep operations running smoothly.
Troubleshoot issues rapidly and apply technical skills to identify causes and implement fast fixes.
Partner with IT, vendors, and production teams to integrate systems and advance automation across the plant floor.
Lead capital projects, overseeing equipment upgrades and installations from justification to final testing.
Drive continuous improvement using Lean principles to reduce downtime, cut waste, and raise overall efficiency.
You'll bring hands-on automation knowledge (PLCs, sensors, control equipment), basic mechanical repair skills, and a proactive, leadership-driven mindset.
