Sourcing Analyst - Travel & Events (Data Analyst)

This hybrid role focuses on collecting, cleaning, and analyzing global travel data across air, hotel, car, and events to support informed decision-making.
Develop and manage dashboards and KPIs to monitor spend compliance, traveler behavior, and supplier performance.
Support RFPs, supplier evaluations, and contract analysis across travel and meetings/events, identifying savings opportunities.
Serve as an internal SME on travel data, market trends, and pricing structures, partnering with Finance, Procurement, and agencies.
Maintain data accuracy across travel systems (Ariba, SAP Concur, TMC tools) and support system enhancements and integrations.
Excel in stakeholder communication, analytical thinking, and cross-functional collaboration to manage multiple priorities in a hybrid setup.
