Lead and partner with cross-functional teams to define product strategy through measurement, metrics design, and deep data analyses for growth.
Own the design, execution, and interpretation of experiments (A/B tests) and observational causal analyses to maximize learnings and actionable recommendations.
Create and maintain self-serve tooling—ETLs, tables, dashboards—to empower data scientists and partners to access data easily.
Define, monitor, and communicate team KPIs to enable quarterly goal setting and demonstrate impact across consumer, ads, and safety domains.
Translate complex analytical findings into clear narratives for stakeholders up to the C-suite to guide evidence-based decisions.
Mentor junior data scientists and collaborate with business teams to raise data literacy and improve decision making in ambiguous situations.
